By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. Eligibility

4. Products & Orders

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: suspected fraud, inaccurate pricing due to technical error, product unavailability, or violation of these Terms;
  • Limit quantities purchased per customer or household; and
  • Modify or discontinue products.

 

Where we cancel an order for reasons within our control, we shall promptly issue a full refund to the original payment method. Once an order is placed, you will receive confirmation via email or SMS.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR and include applicable GST unless expressly stated otherwise;
  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice; such changes shall apply only to orders placed after the change takes effect and shall not affect any order that has already been confirmed;
  • In case of a genuine pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund, or to contact you to confirm your agreement to the corrected price before proceeding.

 

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. We do not store your payment card details.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors;
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, weather, or other circumstances genuinely beyond our control; however, if a delivery is unreasonably delayed, please contact us and we will endeavour to resolve the issue;
  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including our logo, text, images, trade dress, and branding (collectively the “Content”), is the property of SipPop (D.A. Innovations) and is protected under the Copyright Act 1957 and other applicable intellectual property laws.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SipPop and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from: (a) your fraudulent or unlawful use of the website; (b) your wilful violation of these Terms; or (c) your infringement of any third-party intellectual property or other rights.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website and remove your account if any material violation of these Terms is detected. Where reasonably practicable, we will notify you of the reason for such action.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 15 days’ prior notice by email or prominent website notice before the updated Terms take effect. 17. Refunds & Returns

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If a product arrives damaged or defective, or is materially different from its description, you may request a refund within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at Info.sippop@gmail.com. Please note that we do not offer product replacements; approved claims will be processed as refunds only.

Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days. Your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 are not affected by this policy.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
